Will this replace my front desk staff?

No. VetWise360 is designed to take pressure off your team — handling outbound calls and overflow — so your in-house staff can focus on the clients and pets in front of them.

Which practice management systems do you integrate with?

We work with Cornerstone, AVImark, ezyVet, ImproMed, and most other major veterinary PMS platforms via secure exports — no API access required and no IT involvement on your side. That removes the implementation risk that comes with traditional integrations. If yours isn't listed, we'll confirm during your discovery call.

How quickly will we see results?

Most clinics are live within 2 weeks and see booked reactivation appointments inside the first 30 days.

Is client data secure?

Yes. We use encrypted integrations and follow strict data handling practices. Patient data never leaves your practice's environment unless required to make a call.

What does it cost?
